GGgf's occupation, Bristol Kingswood.
« on: Wednesday 19 October 05 10:07 BST (UK) »

Further to my 'request', published under 'offers', (my fault!), my GGgf, Robert Moody, a blacksmith from the Salisbury Plain area, was obviously in Bristol to 'seek his fortune'. In 1841, this could have been with the newly emerging W.J. Farvis, as a contract blacksmith, or with the SS Great Britain. Are there any payroll lists, or the like, which could help me? Similarly, are there worshipers lists for the Methodist Church in Kingswood?
