Hi, looking for help and/or advice. I am looking for a Hannah Mary Marshall and the only information I have of her is that she was a Domestic Cook and on 7th June 1921 gave birth to Nancy at Bingham Road, Radcliffe-on-Trent in the sub-district of Bingham. A person named N.Bush was present at the birth but apart from the fact that the baby was adopted immediately I have no further information, not even the age of the mother. The decendants of Nancy are seeking information about said Hannah Mary Marshall. Any help or information would be much appreciated, Hal

Hi
Just a thought, but there is a Hannah Mary Marshall baptised to Samuel and Mary, Upper Broughton 28/02/1882. In 1901 she is living with parents in Hickling.
Both places are in the Bingham regn. district.

Heather, Have checked out your suggestions and as far as we can tell it all fits, in fact it has been suggested that Hannah may have had a few more children who she kept! If I may impinge on your generosity further would it be possible to give me the full details of the family in 1901, Samuel, Mary, Hannah etc? 84 years old Nancy, the one adopted, has asked me to pass on her thanks, 'over the moon' I think is the way to describe her reaction! Al
