1841 Kensington look-up please

Please could somebody kindly do a look-up for 33 Edge Terrace, Kensington to see if any members of the Curtis family are living there. If so who?

Hi Tony,
            I have checked the street index for 1841, there is no Edge Terr listed.
Some parts of Kensington are missing from the census. I will look later for the name Curtis.

Yes, I also had heard that a lot of data is missing for the Kensington area.

If it helps, I am specifically trying to trace my ggggGrandfather William Curtis (no other details). I have his son (George b.1823, Kensington occ. sawyer) living at 33 Edge Terrace, but no William.
The only document I have to date linking the two is George's marriage certificate in 1843, stating his father as William (also a sawyer). William must therefore have been alive in 1841.
I have tried searching the IGI, and have found a couple of possible Williams, but nothing that links him to George.

Please let me know what/if you find anything.

            I had a look at the name index, lots and lots of Curtis`s listed, two families in Kensington, a George and son George, but ages don`t match.

My George (c.1823) married a Mary Ann Titcomb (c.1818, Berkshire) in 1843. Their offspring were:
George (c.1844)
Mary Ann
Henry
Lucy
Martha
Arthur
Frederick

They lived at various Kensington addresses (Edge Terr., Silchester Street, Sheppards Cottages) through the ages.
Are these the 'Georges' you found in the names list? Or is this a list just for 1841?

           A good way to get a feel for that particular area of Kensington, is to go to www.worley.org.uk.
