It looks as though you may be out of luck ... immigrants did not have to register with the authorities in Britain until 1914. If they'd been immigrating to a European country they would have had to register. Source: Tracing Your Roots - Immigration.
No passenger records were kept in England for ships to/from Europe, only for those from further away.
Why did the British not register European immigrants It's bad enough Irish immigrants not being registered in those days ... at least the excuse can be offered that they were citizens of the United Kingdom ... what's the excuse with European immigrants? England and France were at war between 1803-1815. Irish genealogy may be difficult but as there have been a large number of immigrants to Britain over the years it looks as though the same comment can be applied to British genealogy.
Oh! I mustn't forget the actors who used stage names just to confuse the issue ... I'd better not go down that road as apparently quite a lengthy list of people changed their names for one reason or another.
Don't give up ... keep searching for all your missing ancestors.
