O'brien ,Tipperary

Hello
I would like to obtain some Death and birth certs for folks in Tipperary and wonder if some one could explain how I go about this.
Edward O'Brien was born about 1861  in Tipperary , then Joins the army and serves in India. I catch up with him and his family on the 1901 Irish census at 5 ,Tullowcrossan,Cloneen. He dies jan-mar 1924, Clonmel and from Family search there is a ref vol 4 PAGE 320.

Would also like to obtain his daughters birth cert . Margaret M O'Brien Jan -Mar 1901.Clonmel, Vol 4 Page 498.
Many thanks.

You order them from the GRO in Roscommon
https://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/Apply-for-Certificates.aspx

Be sure to order a €4 research cert.
You can just add the vol and page numbers to the form

There wont be a birth cert for 1861, as civil registration only commenced for this in 1864.   see link for more info.
