Ross Smith here. My Grandmother was Jessie Isabella Allison so I am linked to the two items on this strand. I wonder if either of you know where Dario (David) Burnie Allison was married? Did this occur after he arrived in New Zealand on the Bombay or was he already married? He died in 1919 and the New Zealand Herald has a posted bereavement notice with a burial in Bombay. Going one step further do either of you know where his house was located in Bombay? Did his house have a name rather than a specific address?

Surname Rogers- that is a name that sounds familiar from family discussions in past times.

Sure. Is it appropriate to give my email address here? Or is it already accessible?

~ Ross, personal details are never accessible on the open forum to protect your identity, in all those ways we have to take care of in these days  :-\

If you want to exchange emails, do so through the private message service (PMs). See here to send one to Vivienne (in future just click on someone's name to get through to someone's profile page and from there send on a PM).
