« on: Friday 30 May 14 13:07 BST (UK) »
Hi there,
Does some kind soul possibly have access to the 1921 or 1931 census ? I am looking for info on ..Richard James Morris born 1st December 1886 in Alveley Shropshire United Kingdom.
We believe that after serving in the Canadian Expeditionary force in WW1  he  settled in
El Capo Municipality, Qu'Appelle-Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan, Canada
Any help would be very much appreciated

Hi,

1921 was the last census released in Canada.
There is a Richard James Morris who died Medstead, Saskatchewan - 17 February 1970, aged 83 years which might be worth bearing in mind until you can count him in or out  ???
Bethel Lutheran cemetery. Medstead. Saskatchewan.
Can't see a Florence though  ??? Mary Tressa Morris who died 26 October 1963 aged 70 years was the only other Morris mentioned.  ???

The farm in 1921 was located a few miles north of Broadview Saskatchewan.  There is a memorial plaque dedicated to Florence Margaret Morris 1891-1926 in Broadview Cemetery, but none for Richard James Morris.  The memorial was placed by daughter Hilda some years after the death of her mother since she would have been 5 or under at the time.
