Yes, the topic still appears on the Banffshire forum but because it is says it has been "Moved" and contains a Padlock icon, it has received little attention and no responses.
Can you explain why you have you moved my topic which concerns an ancestor of mine who lived in Banffshire to the Lanarkshire forum? Have you spotted some connection between Margaret Cameron Wright above and my ancestor Agnes Reid? I certainly cannot see any connection

The "moved" topic refers to the Margaret Cameron Wright post , but because it was posted on your topic then split off it retained the "Agnes Reid, Banffshire" header.

I've now changed the "moved" topic header to Margaret Cameron Wright born Lanarkshire.

I agree there does not seem to be any connection between your Agnes and that Margaret , that is the reason the topic was split off.

Sorry , I did not fully understand your concerns yesterday , rest assured your topic is still on the Banffshire board and has not been "moved" to Lanarkshire.

You are wrong. My topic "Agnes Reid, Banffshire" has now been removed from the Banffshire forum altogether. I have just checked. Where has it gone?
