hi rosie
not really sure but I know she was still Ireland in 1911 census. she had a son in 1925 but I don't know if that was here or Ireland. She was living in Glasgow with her sister Mary at the time of her sons death which was 1966. she also had a daughter Margaret but not sure when.
am afraid this side of the family is quite vague.

The best thing would be to get marriage record and work it out from then also any birth dates of family born ....You could look for a birth date for the son in 1925 Mitchell Library in Glasgow has a Scotlands People search room £ 15.00 for the day which will let you view the records  :)

I did a search for birth for Laurence on Scotland's people but no records which makes me wonder if he was in fact born in Ireland.

Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

If you are thinking of shipping records, forget it. No-one kept passenger records of people travelling inside the United Kingdom.
