TAYLOR of Chilthorne Domer
« on: Monday 02 May 05 10:48 BST (UK) »
I'm trying to find any information on Thomas Taylor from Chilthorne Domer. He was married to Mary. They had at least 2 children; Patience (born in 1801 in Chilthorne Domer) and William Robert (born 1802/1803 also in Chilthorne Domer). Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Kevin.

Hi Yarrums,
Not sure if we have the same Taylor family or not. If your Thomas Taylor married an Anne Parsons, then we could be on the right track. He had a brother called George who married Anne's sister Sarah. Sarah and George moved out to New Zealand, while Thomas and Anne eventually ended up living in Pimperne.

These names ring bells. Believe Thomas married Mary Look and Patience married Jonas Maby. The brother William Robert may have died around 1839 according to an old family letter.
