Puzzled by this address. Glass is a parish in the County of Aberdeen (Aberdeenshire).

There is no such parish as Gerbrack, so I think this must be the name of the farm or croft in the parish of Glass where Jessie Isabella was born. However I can't think of where it is.

In 1881 the family were living at Curshellach, which is now spelled Corshellach
See http://www.geograph.org.uk/gridref/nj4141

Could Gerbrack be an exceptionally mangled mistranscription of Corshellach, I wonder?

Or a not-quite-so-mangles transcription of Carbrotach?
See http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/679582
Though strictly speaking Carbrotach is in the parish of Cairnie, but it's very close to the parish boundary.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.

Could it be Grumack?

Could be. Unfortunately I can't find Grumack or anything similar in the 1881 census CD-ROM.

I can see a likely Gremack in Glass showing between 1851-71:

1851: Gerbrack, Glass
William Dawson 66 Annuitant (ag Lab)
Jane Dawson 66
John Dawson 28

1861: Gerbrack, Glass
Thomas Mcintyre 29 Shepherd
Anne Mcintyre 33
Collin Mcintyre 3
Ann Mcintyre 7 Months

1871: Gerbrack, Glass
John Cragen 25 Farmer Of 60 Acres Of Which 30 Ace Arable Employing 2 Men
John Cragen 70
John Milton 9
James Cameron 21

Elizabeth Spence 14

FreeCen in 1851 have it as Gabrack, surrounded by:

9 Markethill
Backtack
Gabrack
Brownhill
Blackhill
Glenshee
Cairnmore

Monica

Added: Brownhill mapped shows here http://canmore.rcahms.gov.uk/en/site/172481/details/brownhill/

I think that it should have read,

"Jessie Isabella Watt, born 9 September 1868, Gerbrack,  Parish of Glass, Scotland."

Gerbrack, Gerbrake, was a farm(s).

"10 October 1835
To let Mains of Cairnbarrow and Gerbrake in the Parish of Glass.  The farms are contiguous to one another and are at present possessed by Mr William Gauld.   Cairnbarrow has 18 years of lease to run and Gerbrake 12 years.  At Cairnbarrow a threshing mill has lately been installed.  Entry immediate or at Whitsuntide next.  To be let at Gordon Arms Inn, Huntly 30 Oct. 1835.  Mr Gauld will show those interested the situation."

"26 August 1846
To let parish of Glass  GERBRACK – Alex Edwards: HOWELL – Peter Horne: LOANHEAD – Jas. Gauld and John Robson"
