Hi Anne,
I've just started my family tree and I've come to realize that my grandfather's mother (Mary Ann Wood married a Robert Darrie in 1912 in Northumberland). One of their children (I'm not sure how many they had) was my grandfather Norman Darrie (born 1928 in Berwick, Northumberland) who then moved to Austria.

I'm having a little trouble to trace my ancestries back any further. Is there someone who can assist me in my search?

Thanks for the help.
MD

There was a family with that surname living in Dunbar in the 1950s/60s.  Don't know if there's any still there.  Gillian
