Well -after a night searching all I found - and I got quite excited ...at first..,, was (transcribed as -and age differs) 1881 Aron Copner 25 Old Springs  Farm Servant in Drayton in Holes -but the bubble soon burst, as I think he is with a wife in 91/01!!!!

at least here's Margaret in 1861

"Bridge End"
Church St
Clun
Shropshire
Richard Edwards Head M 46 Innkeeper Clun
Elizabeth mother W 80 Montgomeryshire
Sarah wife 30 Radnor
Ann H daughter 10 Radnor
Richard M son 8 Radnor
Charles son 6 Radnor
Thomas son 3 Clun
Sarah Jane daughter 1 Clun
George Evans Boarder 15 Skinner Norton Radnor
MARGARET COOPER servant 15 Puddleton hereford
Charles Jones Visitor M 29 Radnor
Mary Ann Jones Visitor M 26 Radnor
William Oliver Jones son 1 Clun
Martha Morris Servant 13 House servant Clun
RG9 1840 911

ad I can't find margaret in 1871!!!!!
Mary and hannah I haven't traced yet -they may have married -but there are so many with similar names.

I'll look later today for deaths of james and Elizabeth -and see if I can find a marriage

It might be an idea to put out a post asking specifically  for Aaron in 1881/91/01 -stating info you have -e.g. not with wife in 1901 etc.

The others are very consistent with p.o.b., so you'd expect Aaron to be ?

Will try later

Hello Wendy,
I'm coming to this a bit late as I haven't done any research for a few years.  Sam Goodman is my great grandfather and Howard Goodman would be my great uncle - did he die around 1977-1978?  If you are still interested I have traced the Goodmans back to around 1800?

Regards
Andy Goodman

Hi Wendy,
That's about as far back as I've gone though I had a birth date of 13th March 1785 for Martin.  We found the older information in Shrewsbury library and we ran out of time.  I've recorded that Martin married a Susan Warrington but if I remember correctly we noted that a few years later he was married to somebody else, possibly Susan's sister, or did she change her name?  Really must find the time to go back to Shrewsbury.

I have got a name for Martin's mother - Elizabeth

I've not gone very far up the Lloyd tree though, I've only got Clara's parents.

Regards
Andy

Hi Wendy,
This is the third post, so perhaps we can start pm'ing after this.

We live in south Manchester but at the moment I'm contracting in London during the week  :-[.

I'll try sending a pm with my email address.

Andy

PS it's Cris without an 'h', you'll be in trouble  ;)
