Hello back again you are so helpful, according to William Middlemiss he was a coachman on his daughter's death certificate mother Hannah unknown the maiden names seem to be the hardest to find, apparently Jane was only 19 years old when she married John Mason on the 5/6/1841 at Lamberton Toll, Witnesses John Clow Todd, John White. Thanks for your help now to find when John died at this end. Have a great day.

Regards,
Janet ;)

Could it be another Lamberton Toll marriage. Chillingham is pretty far north. I think this should really be on the Northumberland board.

Only marriage on-line is at Earsdon in 1807 to a Hannah Midford but that's a bit to the south  :-\

Hello Gadget, Jennifer, thanks for your help, yes John and Jane Mason (Middlemiss) were married at Lamberton Toll on the 5/6/1841 Iam trying to find if possible Eleanor Mason's maiden name, aged 65 on the 1841 Census she was married to William Mason 55 Township of Goswick Brock Mill Farm on the same Census. Also Hannah Middlemiss (Maiden Name) aged 53 on the 1841 Census she is married to William Middlemiss 56 Ag. Lab. Parish of Chillingham Barns Farm. The maiden names are the hardest to find. Have a good weekend everyone.

Regards,
Janet ;)

Janet,
So - you are looking for the marriage of William Middlemiss and Hannah, to try and find out Hannah's maiden name?

I'm confused by William and Eleanor Mason who have suddenly entered the enquiry  ???
