Sheila and Mary in 1917
« on: Thursday 20 November 14 01:53 GMT (UK) »
This torn and badly faded photo is of my Mum and Aunt in 1917 when they were are 3 and 2 years old. I don't know if it can be improved at all but wondered if some kind soul is willing to give it a try.

Its been scanned at as high a resolution as I could and then cropped to get it under the 500 kb.

Hmmmm - not too good but a little better maybe.

Not much face but pretty lacy dresses emerging from the mists of time!   ;) ;)

Grrrr - why does it keep telling me my file is too big - I have checked and rechecked it and it says it isn't!  This has been happening a lot lately - very annoying!

Try again.  Right - as I said - not too much improvement here. And a small file as well.  ::) ::)

 Sorry Sami.

Odd isn't it Brit - don't know why but the computer says it is fine.  and then I have to log out and start again 'cois going back and trying to post again doesn't work either.    >:(

Ha  :) I've been mucking about with it too, mainly just removed spots ... reminded me of mum and her sisters, same era  :)
