There was another daughter,Louisa Ann,born 1886,Bristol.Cant find her either. But she was a witness to her sisters wedding ,along with her husband.Emily had a daughter born in the workhouse Bristol, brought up by her grandparents, seems she didn't have anything to do with her.The only lead is Louisa Ann Wilkins, who would have been 15,probably in service.Although the family came from Bristol, they were in Kent by 1901.

Possibly of little interest _ Edward Norris Wilkins was baptised 4/11/1853 at St George's Church, Deal, the son of Thomas James & Laura. Thomas was a Waterman living in Middle Street. There are no other baptisms for that couple.

Have looked for another Edward Wilkins death in Bristol 1932, can't see one yet :-\ so not sure that your Edward is the one mentioned above as have found him on 1891 Census with Sarah Ann and it states that this Edward was born 1853 Long Ashton, Somerset.
