Militia muster roll lookup - at National Archives

If anyone happens to be going to the National Archives, Kew, could they please lookup the following:

WO 13/3825 - Cheshire Fencibles muster rolls 1799-1801.

I'm looking for a Thomas Jones of Ruthin, Denbighshire who apparently joined on 1st November 1799 (not sure how accurate), and was posted to Ireland.

I'm not sure what information is contained but anything about a Thomas Jones would be really appreciated!
