The baptism is 1729, there are two others in the 1730s with parents Thomas and Elizabeth one in Stuston and one in Stainton, but it's only a guess that Shiryton could be one of those and it's the same Thomas and Elizabeth. Most of the Tipples at that time seem to be from Redgrave, Botesdale and Rickinghall. The Tipple family at South Elmham seem to start with a Thomas born abt 1730 and could possibly be the 1734 Stuston baptism, if his family got his age at burial a bit wrong.  As the "Shiryton" baptism is the earliest it might give a clue as to where Thomas and Elizabeth were from.

Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

The three records that you mention all appear on the films of Bishops transcripts C of E Archdeaconery of Suffolk but they have different film numbers.  I would send off for the copy of the record, that way you can see for yourself what it says. (You could request all three)  Its a free service and although they state records can take 4-6 weeks the last couple I have had have been under 4 weeks.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get images of any of these records from LDS. The film number and batch numbers relate to over 12000 records and they weren't able to find them.

Have just checked my copy of White's for 1844 and found the following

STUSTON

Harriett Tippelll, farmer of White House (Farm)

Osborn Tippell, Gentleman

By the way, no Stainton in Suffolk  :(
but there is Stanton. south west of Stuston.
