Your research for the Lowe family line would tie in well with the 1861 I posted as it has William Lowe as born 1793

Same person.

She was Sarah Henson when he married her. She was a widow. But she was nee Sarah Lowe, had previously been married to William Henson.

Just to clarify details 

There is a marriage of a Sarah Lowe q2 1872, West Ham Vol 4a Page 44
On the same page is a William Henson.

So as lizdb said Sarah Lowe and Sarah Henson are the same person.
