Hi all,
I am looking to exchange or receive info about the Wheeler family from IOW. Barney Hiram Wheeler was born 1813 in Whippingham and was a police constable at Clarence Yard, Gosport (i have been unable to find his police record after contacting many different places.) He married Elizabeth Gilmore daughter of George and Ann who lived at Alverstoke. Barney's parents were Barnabas Wheeler and Hannah. I know a lot further back due to looking at other family trees to around 1500!. The Wheelers originally came from Freshwater IOW. Any info about Barney, Barnabas or Hannah's background will be greatly appreciated.
