Rees Edward(s) goaler Dolgellau 1770s, 1780s
« on: Monday 03 March 14 21:34 GMT (UK) »
I am trying to connect John Edwards,  1752 -1830,  barber, Machynlleth to Rees or Rice Edward(s) who was the goaler at Dolgellau.  I am certain of my facts up to John Edwards. From his gravestone I found that his wife was Grace and from the baptism of his son I found that her maiden name was Grace Williams.
Other trees show him as the son of Rees Edwards who was the goaler at Dolgellau goal.
Have found some information about Rees or Rice Edwards from the Quarter Sessions reports, 1770s and 1780s
But I can not connect the two.
I have access to Ancestry and findmypast.
Any help or suggestions what to do next would be most welcome.
Thank you
