Is this the same Stephen Mackenzie?

Just found it. Can't think why I didn't work this out before! He is staying with my great uncle and aunt. I had only looked at the transcription where it said he was boarder so I assumed he may be a relative because the surname was the same. But looking at the scan it obviously says brother.
Ages all seem a bit out, but names, and number of years married correct.
