George C. Beange Death Record Toronto
« on: Monday 01 September 14 15:59 BST (UK) »
I am looking for someone who might have access to ProQuest (previously Toronto Star Pages of the Past) to look up the possible obituary for George Beange who died June 10, 1973 at Sunnybrook Hospital. I would be interested in knowing if the names of his parents are mentioned. His wife and his children are still living so I will not mention their names but would like to confirm them in a PM. I do not live in Toronto so I cannot access the records. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

I think your dates are off.  I didn't see him using his last name as a search term for the time period you mentioned.  I tried day by day from the 10th to the 15th of June 1973 and he wasn't there.   I expanded the search and I see that he died on June 30th 1973.  Obit in the Globe on July 3rd. No obit for him in the Star that I can see.   Unfortunately, the parents' names were not provided.

Hi,
It was my fault that the date was wrong. My records show that he died June 30, 1973 so I apparently did type in the wrong date. Thank you so much. Hope you are enjoying your long weekend when not answering some of my questions.
