I am delighted to say that it IS my Elizabeth Tyrrell who married William Garvan in 1903. His father is given as John Garvan, miller, of what I read as (at this earlier hour)  of Windy Arbour, Rathdrum.  Thank you again, Dathai. Very much appreciated.
