St. Paul's Swindon

On Swindon Flickr, recently added, is an interesting map ( c,1876 ) of the proposed district of St. Paul's. The church was demolished in 1965. What happened to items such as the font and pulpit etc?
( Did they go to Covingham perhaps?) What happened also to the registers or did I miss them at Chippenham? Toby.

The registers are at Chippenham. Also I think they are on microfiche at Swindon Library, I am not completely certain but I will check next time I am there.

I had a look and Swindon Library have baptisms 1888-1896 /1896-1905 marriages 1881-1901 and burials 1881-1904 on microfiche

Monday, Tuesday and Wedneday are the only days that the family history area is open, all other days there is no access to the microfiche's etc,
