Emma Blackburn born Manchester abt 1864

My great grandmother was Emma Blackburn. She married James William Pottage on 22 Oct 1888 in Batley, Yorkshire. Her residence before marriage was Batley and his was Wakefield Blackburn (Wakefield was his birthplace). Her age was 24, so making her year of birth 1864. Her father was William Depledge Blackburn occ Gardener. The witnesses were Hannah Elizabeth Blackburn and William Blackburn. I guess the William is her father, but no middle name or initial in his signature so not certain.
I had always thought Emma was from Yorkshire, but after checking censuses after her marriage find she was born in Manchester. Year of birth on censuses consistently calculated as 1865, so I guess her birthday must fall between census day (late March / early April) and 22 October.
The trouble is I have been unable to find an Emma Blackburn of the right age born in Manchester on the 1861 and 71 censuses.
Can someone please help?

I've just corrected James Pottage's place of residence to read same as marriage cert, but now I doubt if it was right originally, possibly a confusion with the Blackburn surname. As far as I can find out he spent his life in Wakefield up to his marriage, then moved to York, then Hull for a few years, then back to York.

Also unable to find an Emma Blackburn birth registration in Manchester district for right period.

The census looks promising, it has right father and an older sister called Hannah E, so could be the other witness and certainly Emma born in Lancashire and sister Jane in Manchester, so maybe she thought she was born there too.

With middle name of Depledge it is looking as if the marriage is definitely right, and fits with Hannah snr on the census as his wife.

Her father seems to keep changing his occupation, but I suppose he took what work was available.

1881 census with mother in law Betsy Wood confirms family, but now Emma is born in Pendlebury, but just checked map and it is quite close to Manchester.

Now to find the Depledge Blackburns.
