Alexander (Slater Sandy)(Inverkip Sandy) was married to Nan who was a nursing sister in Gateside Infectious Disease Hospital in Greenock. I recall that they had at least one child.
I grew up hearing of Slater/Brickie/Electric/Sandy, to distinguish which Alexander they were referring to. Sorry, nothing else to mind at the moment
