Greetings, I am researching David and Eliza Sinclair (nee Falconer) of Calgary, Alberta Canada. They were originally from Glenbervie Kincardineshire, Scotland.

Hi, I'm not sure what period your interested in but if you go on to Freecen and search the 1851 census, there are four David Sinclairs born in Glenbervie and one has a wife named Elizabeth. There are more in 1841.

Hallo WESmith. Are you familiar with the site www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk ?
It is a pay site where you have to buy credits to access records, but is a great source of information when researching Scottish ancestors as you can buy online access to the record images without having to wait for postal delivery.

Hi and welcome there is a tree with this couple with some pictures of the family is it yours ? according to the tree he was born 17/4/1837 Drumlithie Kincardinshire checked Scotland Select Births & Baptism David Sinclair birth date 17/4/1837 baptism 26/4/1837 Parish Glenbervie fathers name James Sinclair mother Ann McBay

He Married Elizabeth Falconer 31/12/1879 in Glenbervie   ....this is them in them 1881census
Address Buckie Glenbervie farmer of 53 acres employing 1 man 1 girl 1 boy
David Sinclair born abt 1839 aged 42
Eliza Sinclair born abt 1848 aged 33
Helen F Sinclair aged 4 months
Isabella Carnegie 18, Duncan McCallum 23. Thomas Adams 12 all farm servants
