Looking for help in finding the above`s parents, George went onto wed Isabella Carstairs in 1850
I have his family, just need his parents, any ideas please...

If he died in Scotland have you looked at his death certificate ?
That should name his parents if known to the informant.

Was he in Milton of Connon , Carmyllie , Angus in 1891 ? (occupation miller)

There is a death on Scotlandspeople for a George Hendry 1898 Carmyllie Angus , born c1827.

Also a death for an Isabella Hendry(other surname Carstairs) Carmyllie Angus 1893, born c1826

His death certificate should be downloadable at ScotlandsPeople if you buy some credits. It will give his parents names, including his mother's maiden surname, as long as the informant for his death knew who they were.

He may also be with his parents in the 1841 census.
