Need help to find a copy of parish record (Rathdowney)

Hello everybody,

I try to find someone who could take a picture or a copy of Rathdowney's parish record for birth/baptism of Timothy Shelly, in 1783 (parents : James & Bridget)

I live in France and I can't go myself in National Archives.

The GRO doesn't have parish records.
 RootsIreland has a transcription of this baptism, but they don't do images of the original.
