St. Andrew lineage Most born in New York

I am trying to research the St. Andrew surname with most family being born in New York. I find this family most difficult to research. It has been suggested that this family comes from a lineage of French Canadian gypsies.

 Here is the family:

William E St. Andrew born in New York, USA 1912-1985 who married Eileen Martin
Eli St. Andrew born 1889 who married Mary Victoria
Joseph St. Andrew born in Canada who married Mary ?
