Hi could anyone help with Blodwen/Blodwin Jones born abt 1890 i cant find any other information on her, i need  such things has Death, parents please. . She married a John william Knight in april 1920 in london where his family is mainly based. Has far has i know they had 6 children 5 girls 1 boy, ive been told born in North Wales and later moved to South Wales. Thanks

You really need the certificate to get details of her father.

As stated in the previous posts there isn't an obvious marriage for her, and I can't see a birth registration in Berkshire either assuming that's where you believe she was born.  If there is no Jones / Knight marriage then at this point you don't actually know who she married to be able to trace the children.

There really is no substitute for the actual certificate but initially why not see if you can locate her in the 1891 / 1901 census records. A clue to her birthplace, parents etc could give you the start you need.

Hi,

I have looked at various 1891 & 1901 census records for Blodwin Jones born about 1890 and would you know it, with names like hers, there are numerous listings around 1889-1891 in Wales.

Its not reliable to get info from the trees on Anc....y as many have just copied the info from one tree to another as if it is legitimate, many times without any sources of info.

Do you have any other detail which we could use?

I looked on Anc...y but couldn't find any suitable tree.

Maybe you can tell us a bit more about John William Knight.  Where/when was he born and what information you have for him in 1911.
