William Evans Morres BAYLEY
« on: Monday 30 December 13 03:55 GMT (UK) »
Can anyone, please, throw any light on the marriage(s?) of William Evans Morres Bayly (High Sheriff of Co Kilkenny 1803)?
There is some speculation in my family that, after the death of his wife Mary Anne Savage (married 1795), he married a Glispin female (un-named) from Gowran in Co. Kilkenny.
As this is an Irish landed gentry family I cannot locate any reference to a second wife in any of the peerage/nobility lists of Great Britain and Ireland.
Is it possible someone else might have better luck than me.....?
Grateful for any help which might lay to rest this speculation emanating from the USA.

Thank you
James

This may be of interest Obituary of Lord Farnham the Rev. Henry Maxwell - states his daughter Anne married 1836 to William Morris Bayley.
