Robert and Frances had 2 children baptised at Bourne, Lincolnshire before the rest of their children in Uppingham:

Francis Drake bp.24/3/1776 Bourne, Lincs. son of Robert and Francis
Ann Drake bp.30/10/1777 Bourne, Lincs. dau. of Robert and Francis.

I've found two burials in Uppingham:-

Robert Aug 1833 aged 82 therefore b abt 1751 and
Frances 1831 aged 81 therefore b abt 1750
These could be Robert's parents.

Just found an online tree which doesn't help with where they came from but shows the marriage between Robert and Frances as:

Robert Drake married Frances Taylor 16/4/1775 Uppingham which ties in exactly with 1st child born in 1776.

PS - just noticed that you had already been given this information by Bunnygirl and apparently Robert's parish is given as Bourne.
