Can anyone help ?

Looking for the death of Ann Challacombe (nee Quarterman) married in 1831 to Nicholas Challacombe at Wycombe he remarried at Wycombe in 1844.

Death not on FreeBMD that I can see :)

Was Ann alive in 1841.

Where did they marry

I think the death is on FreeBMD but it has been indexed as Chall_combe - Dec 1842 quarter in Amersham RD, Vol 6 Page 207. Th image link for the .jpg doesn't seen right. The correct image is 1842D4-C-0088.

I have not found them on the 1841 census but the name did acquire some varied spellings

The England Select Marriages has them married at West Wycombe in 1831-they lived in Great Missenden

There is a gap between a William born in 1841 and a Tom born in 1845 (1851 census) so it all fits

I might try sending a correction to FreeBMD or adding a postem :)
