Elizabeth Mathieson Born Stonehaven 1855

Looking for information on Elizabeth Mathieson born in Stonehaven Kincardinshire Abt 1855.
Daughter of Alexander. Mothers name looks like Mary Smith? on Marriage Cert.
Married Robert Wright (Occ Taylor, B. Statford upon Avon)) in Glasgow May 1875. Then moved to Greenock.
Trying to Establish if there were many Alexander Mathiesons in the area.
Only one I can see on Ancestry dosent seem to fit for the wife.

Does it have an occupation for Alexander Mathieson on the marriage certificate ?

In the 1861 census there is a 6yr-old Elizabeth Smith Mathieson in Stonehaven (b. Fetteresso), father Alexander is a groom, mother is Margaret. They also have a son Alexander age 3.
The only other Alexander is a widower of 82 with a dau. Margaret.

Could the mother's name on the marriage cert. be Margt rather than Mary?

Alexanders occupation is given as gardener.
Thats the Census record i was looking at and not sure about.
Ive attached a clip, defo looks like Mary, but 2nd name does look like Smith.
