hi iam looking for a George welch born in lye in 1859 his parents were Thomas and maria he may have married a rebbeca living in oldbury in 1881 but im not sure x

 if I can ask please how do you know his parents are Thomas and maria do you have his birth certificate? as while looking for you I can't at the moment see  see a George welch with those parents
