Help please with translation of French to English?

Hi.  I'm hoping that someone can tell me if it is appropriate for me to post a Druin Collection birth notice (in French) on the board for translation.  Or perhaps I might be able to email to someone? 
No education in French for this Kiwi. And I don't actually know anyone who speaks that lovely language of love!  Thanks

    If you have any problems with the translation please let me know.   I am reasonably fluent in French and have a little knowledge of the French of 200 years ago when 'Yes' was 'Oil' in the north and not 'Oui' -   and 'Oc' in the Langued'oc region - and 'Si' in the south eastern Langeud'si region.

I have just sent a message advising you that the image quality is not clear enough for me to read.  If you can get the image enhanced and post it on Rootschat then I, Malcolm33 or other Rootschatters should be able to translate it.
