Hi,
Does anyone have information about the Bateman family of Wilstone near Tring. I am trying to search for a Thomas bateman whose marriage details say that he was from Waddesdon Bucks, but there appears to be no trace of Batemans in Waddesdon, so by gradually drawing circles round waddesdon, Tring is the next nearest place to look. Does anyone have any suggestions or help. Alternatively, can anyone shed any light on the possibility of a Bateman family in or near Waddeson. The Thomas Bateman of Waddesdon eventually married in Eynsham Oxfordshire.
