I am hoping someone can tell me where I can contact to get a copy of his actual trial.
I am hoping it will give me some more info on who he was etc. He was convicted in 1850 but never came here to Western Australia until 1853-.
There is a possibility his father was Michael and his mother Margaret (nee Flynn).
