Thanks so much for this amazing link.  I had thought I had to go to Ireland to find out this information, and now I have found two members of my husband's family - the name of the wife of his grandfather's first wife (no-one in the family knew this), and his grandmother's residence with her brothers.  Another example of members' great generosity!

This census site is incredible and helped me so much in the search for my grandparents both in Mayo and Roscommon.  Again I second the motion - "Well done you Rootschatters!!!"

This 1901 Census site is great.  The man who created the website was nice enough to help me about a year ago, when I was looking for my grandfather's family.  I was able to find them because of him and his finding them under a shortened form of their name.  I don't think I would have located them if not for him.

Well done...just wish other counties would follow suit!
Give a man a record and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to research, and you feed him for a lifetime.
