Hi Norrie,

Have you not managed to locate a death for Catherine MacCormick (MacMillan) after 1857 which would have her parent's if the person who registered her death knew the details ?

Norrie,

I could only find details of one of the births for John & Catherine MacMillan  ???

Ranald b 01 Oct 1832 Uachdar, bapt. 06 Oct 1832 (Ardkenneth records)

Where did you find the older children & where were the family in 1851?

What areas have you looked for the death of Catherine & have you tried variants such as Kate/Katy/Catharine/Catherine ?

Hi Anne Marie

I do have all the information on Catherine family now so thank you very much.
I can't quite remember where I found the names but Angus McMillan confirmed them for me.

Regards

Norry

Hi Norry,

That's good as I was going to recommend Angus  ;D

I was actually surprised he hadn't replied here already when I realised it was an old post.
