Was Thomas Napier born in Stirling?

I have not much information about Thomas NAPIER

He was born in Stirling about 1863 and his father was William NAPIER who died before he married.

23 April 1893 he married Mary Ann WARD at All Hallows, Poplar, Middlesex.
His occupation in 1893 was Mariner
Thomas NAPIER died 4q 1911 Romford Essex.

Any further details about Thomas would be welcome.

Just found the family in 1861. It is a transcript so cannot tell what the marital status is for Mary wife. Everyone showing as born in Denny:

I am not sure if William Napier came down to London to work. - Yes he was a Lighterman.

Are merchant seamen registered when signing on ships?
Just a thought to find Thomas Napier in the 1890īs.

I made a mistake at first; William Napier was a lighterman in Poplar 1893.
I never had any other details about him.

Just found the family on FreeCen in Denny. William Snr also showed as boatman which is good news.

Sorry, that was from 1851. Struggling to find them so far after that 1861 census entry we have already. Can only see I think Isabella Napier who married a John Nelson on the 1871 census. Either a parent/both died or they moved away from Scotland?
