1911 look ups are not allowed.
You could buy a few credits and have a look at the 1911 entries yourself.
It is highly unlikely that the single17 yr old boarding on the farm would have a two year old child with him.

In order to find the correct family we do need some more definite, confirmed info about the man you are researching. Where have you found him, and what do you know about him that has been proved? How does he link with any of your family?
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

The George you mention was the son of a Charles and Eliza, not a William!

We ask for further details of who exactly you are connected to, etc. because the facts you are giving so far aren't adding up.

As explained above - 1911 lookups are not allowed due to copyright issues so see following instructions.  They do not give you access to the image

USING THE FREE 1911 INDEX TO DETERMINE THE CORRECT HOUSEHOLD

http://www.1911census.co.uk/search/tnaform.aspx

Once you find a possible match - make a note of the county and district in which the person was living

Return to the index and in PERSONAL DETAILS - just put the surname of the family - nothing else

In LOCATION - Select the county and below it - type in the district

In OTHER MEMBERS OF THE HOUSEHOLD - show the full name of the person you have found on the index

Click SEARCH

The 1911 census is strictly pay per view so you will have to buy credits to view the full entry - the above instructions will only help to possibly show others of the same surname in the same household

You can check  birthplaces for free using GRU
