Searching for Birth Record Arthur Walter Beer bn 17/12/1908 Dundee ? Angus Forfarshire /

I can't see the birth of an Arthur Walter Beer between 1906 and 1912 on Scotlands People, however there is the birth of an Andrew Walter Beer on 17 Dec 1908 in St Andrew Dundee City on the site
 Edit - I think it is mistranscribed as Andrew and could be Arthur
