The 1901 census of Howth shows Nathaniel Wm Carre age 50 as a church of Ireland incumbent.

Thanks so much for that - unfortunately I don't know what that all means other than Florence was baptised date and location.  I must be 'thick' but even so if you could explain what it all means it will be appreciated. :-\

I ask this because I feel I dont understand some specific significance. :-[

Many thanks - I suppose an additional question is why would a baby be baptised at the Penitentiary?  Given Florence was baptised there I am trying to understand why rather than somewhere else???
