Hi Dathai

That Trevor Blunden - Ellen Monks marriage looks good! There is the question of why her son would be with an Uncle & Aunt and not his Mother, but I suppose that could be because of her position/employment/

Thanks very much for your help.

Regards

Ian

Wonder did she marry her bosses brother as there seems to be a match to an Edward Hughes for the 1913 marriage.

If Trevor is the father and he died 1893 she would have no source of income with a 3 year old on her hands so i suppose she decided to put him in a better invironment that was stable for him and was able to support him financially.

Are you referring to the article in the Fingal Independant by Angela Doyle Aug 2006.
I have a little theory about that which might help.
I posted the Monks family earlier
Now there was a Patrick Monks age 41 at the Town of Rush in 1901
and aged 59 in Rush Town in 1911.
I wonder did any of his descendants live at Channell Rd.

Hi

Yes, thats the article, I came to the same conclusion as you, my main problem was that I couldn't tie any of the Tommy Blundens to Donabate.
