SHEPHERD FAMILY

Hi folks
I need help with this family please. Father William Henry, mother Agnes Jane (both born 1843/44 in London) married St James Garlickhythe 1865 and raised a family with dates of christenings/births in various parts of London.William Joseph 1866, Caroline Elizabeth 1868, Ann Rosa 1869,Charles Edward/Edwin 1871, Harry Francis 1873/4, Lucretia 1881.  Have tried 1851, 61,71 census with various spellings of Shepherd.... but just cannot see them.  If anyone has the time to follow up it would be great.

The marriage in 1865 lists his father as John Shepherd Plumber and there is a baptism of a William Henry Shepherd   23 Aug 1844 at St Marylebone with parents  John and Caroline Shepherd.  John is listed as a plumber

There is a possible William in 1851 with  mother Caroline living in Paddington, Marylebone.   The marital status of Caroline is not listed

Looks like the same family in 1841living at St Martins in the Fields with father John listed as a plumber and not born in the county

Hi there Kay
Many thanks for all your work there. Looks like I've been thrown a 'bum steer" as we say in Australia with the marriage of John and Caroline, I had Ann Weedon as John's wife, (from a family member years ago!).  I did find the census with the initials only, seemed strange that!!  Also the family member born in Canada, did a quick look at Canadian records but nothing showing there.

Both the baptism and marriage are from Ancestry.

I did fiddle with Ancestry and did find them, but both pretty hard to read, so if it is not too much trouble I would like to see what you had.
