Have seen you have been online/gary54 and not answered any query. Or request to your post on the Face family.  Maybe you had the info already.  Or maybe no time.

No prob, there are a great many people on the boards to help answer queries. I suggest you post on relevant boards to obtain info if it can be found. No difficulties with starting a new topic, in area location, you maybe surprised what knowledge/info of area some roots chatters come up with.

If any others want to locate 1861 census or additional info feel free to add.  Long night shift and another tonite off to sleep..just like to unwind a little aft work with a hobbie I enjoy.

Looking for information on the family of Charles Face b: 02 Oct 1836. A daughter, Annie Louisa married George Bennett and immigrated to Queensland in 1886. It's likely that the wife of Charles, Elizabeth, and youngest daughter, Florence immigrated at the same time. Other members of the Face family may have immigrated around this period.

There is a person on the Gloucester board that goes to the records off twice weekly to help others. Post specific details of what you wish to know, time is limited and there are many records there.

Also post on Australian board to confirm passenger list on the details you request. Or any data thereafter. There are many willing to help if can.

Hi Cas,
I'm trying to establish a connection between Charles & Elizabeth Face and Henry & Sarah Face also from Gloucestershire.
Elizabeth immigrated to Rockhampton, Queensland in 1886 after the death of her husband Charles Face.
Henry & Sarah and their 3 children immigrated to Rockhampton in 1885. Henry's birth year would be around 1849.
Is it possible that Charles & Henry were brothers.
Your help is much appreciated.
