Looking for the birth of Elizabeth Eggbury of Aberdeen around 1817ish.She married a William Sartain in London.Any help please would be  much appreciated .

How sure are you of Elizabeth's surname prior to marriage

familysearch.org Doesn't appear to have anyone matching that surname in Aberdeen.

Have her as Elizabeth Eggbury married William Sutton but on one of her chirldrens births i just noticed it says Jane Elizabeth Eggbury,sorry i didnt notice before.

Well, as the marriage on family search clearly states 'Elizabeth Aberdeen'

the only birth I could see  is 'Elizabeth Aberdein b 19 Mar 1820 Ch 27 Mar 1820

parents Alexander Aberdein and Elizabeth Fowler.

This is all I could see but it seems a bit confusing, there's no mention of 'Eggbury' at all.

I searched for 'Jane Eggbury' but nothing. Perhaps she wasn't christened or the registers

may have got lost

She must be the one then or not registered,I will try a marriage to Sartain in that name many thanks for this info.

just had a thought i wonder if she was married before she met Sartain i will look for that marriage to an Eggbury.
